    Anyone Ever Here Of "colonics"

Hi all! I have done a lot of reading on this subject and here goes. When you have a bowel movement, it should be 6 inches long, take 30 seconds to poop, and should be thick in width. This is rule to thumb and if your pooping like that, your okay. If you are not pooping like that, then you could be considered constipated, even though you might poop 3 to 4 times a day. If it is coming out in small pieces and you are on toilet for 20 min-30, you are constipated. Has anyone ever heard of colonics? Well, it's the way of the future and very healthy. No side effects, just feeling good afterwards. What colonics does it it forced water into the colon which reaches the end of the colon. When one takes laxatives, you re not completly cleaning out. You can't reach the end of the colon. We all have parisites ans worms in our colon, especially if we have pets. Sounds gross I know, but think of it this way, if you are walking around bloated, not feeling good, not loosing weight, then you need to look at your bowl movements and whats going on there. People, fecal matter builds up on the colon wall over many many years and can't get released! This is why people get illness and colon cancer! Famous John Wayne had 42 pounds of fecal matter on his colon wall found during his autopsy. Your best bet if to find someone in your area that does colonics. You will be doing your body good. Polyps are result of fecal matter that stays on colon wall and poisons the colon. If not removed, colon cancer. Getting colonoscopy's are a safe thing. Most doctors don't believe in colonics unless the doctor is alternative. [removed] Remember, death begins in the colon, Love to all Tammy
