Unhappy what can change the bowel movements ? colonoscopy was OK

my bowel movements changed about a month ago i thought it's bc i was nervous about upcoming colonoscopy what i had 3 weeks ago. colonoscopy was ok, they didn't find anything wrong ( i was having it bc years ago they fund a pre cancerous polyp ). i use to have very regular bm once every morning. now i have to go some days 4-5 times in the morning. i wouldn't call it diarrhea but shape and size has changed. and i have cramping a lot of times, urge to go fast, go right after eating. if the colonoscopy was ok, what can cause this ? any answer appreciated
