    i don't want to alarm you but you need to see a gastroentrologist for a colonoscopy, you could have a tumor that is causing this. Its better to be safe than sorry.

    Usually a narrow stool means that you are not eating enough of water soluble fiber-- The type that absorbs fluids and bulks up your stool --- along with drinking enough water daily.
