    worsening "pooplets" pebble-stool

I have some health problems and was wondering if my pebbles are to be of a concern. It just keeps getting worse. I eat very health ever sonce I got sick. I take fiber on a daily basis along with a gallon of water each day. I also take small amounts of miralax when the pebbles get extremely hard, but most of the time the pebbles are just normal, except for being pebbles. I'm a teenager so old age can't be the problem. Also I've tried dates and prunes.

When I go its very tough. It takes a lot of effort surprisingly! For so little that comes out. I get fissures every once in a while, nothing large that makes me bleed profusely. I go to the restroom everday too.

I've had three colonoscopies, many endoscopies, different imaging(expect MRI) and been on tons meds (but not anymore, off almost three months). The test showed an ulcer in my stomach from NSAIDs. But it was gone once I had my second endo.

Help this has been driving me up a wall! Its been getting worse for five months now. First normal constipation, then this! I wish I could go back to diarrhea!

P.S- what holds stool together besides fiber? Could I not be getting enough of what ever else holds stool together?

I have the EXACT same problems as you do, starting three months ago. I'm beginning to worry a bit about this... I'm waiting for my colonoscopy, but I'm currently waiting in the pasient queue, so it could take months...that's free healthcare for you, it's not as good as it sounds trust me
Would also like to hear if anyone has any experience with this problem...and if it is anything I should be worried about?

No other health problems...not that I'm aware of anyway...

    Best Regards

Did you know you can take too much Fibre then the opposite happens. Its a balancing act.
I have Diverticulitis and can be C or D, so I'm constantly adjusting my diet.
Also I read a report by a Dr in the U.K who said they are treating people who are drinking too much water, so once again it's trial/error.
I was told by my Specialist that any change in B.M should be investigated, see your Dr for a diagnoses. Solofelix.
