Persistent Abdominal Distension? HELPP!!!

Okay.. so every morning when I wake up, the lower and upper abdominal part sticks out a bit (I'm a bit fat). But when I eat a meal (I don't think water affects it, neither does a tiny snack) my stomach, both lower and upper stick out more. What is the cause of this? Do I have cancer or something? Or is it normal... Or harmless? And I release more gas than I used to before... I have gotten fatter through out the past few years, but why does my waist get bigger every time I eat? And it's not normal bigger because it stays that way until the next morning, when it's normal again. Please help!!

It is normal for the abdomen to get a bit bigger when you eat a full meal, and to stay bigger until it's fully digested. I wouldn't worry. If you're having a lot more bloating and gas than usual and it's uncomfortable, get it checked out just to make sure.
