    Traumatic subaracnoid hemmorage

A year ago I had a bad motorcycle accident and suffred injuries and also a subaracnoid hemmorage no surgery just close observation, To this day I have no memory of the accident and I am maybe at best 98 % of who I used to be,My question is can this ever rebleed, and if in the future I suffer another head injury will it most likely bleed again or in that part of the brain that I hit? My neurologist is very blunt of doesn't have the best bedside manner so I am just curious as to if others have experienced what I have,, thank you for your replys

I have not had the experience you have had but I wanted to offer that you call your Neuro and be very clear about your question. I understand that they can be blunt...I am under a neurologists care myself; but you have to get your question answered from your doctor! I would kill him with kindness and ask until you understand the answer.

He cant ignore you, if you call, he will have to call you back OR you can ask to speak to a nurse who can then ask the doctor and call you back. Either way, you really need to get this answer from your doctors office.

    Good luck!
