    Regaining coordination after TBI

    Hi all,

I suffered a TBI in november caused by vasculitis. after a couple months of PT I got back on my feet and have regained 80% physical and cognitive function. One of the things I really enjoyed before this injury was playing golf. I went out today to the driving range for the first time and could barely hit the ball -- completely missed a couple times, in fact. I don't know exactly what I was hoping for but it really depressed me. Wondering if anyone can speak to regaining coordination after a brain injury and how long it can take to regain that. I know it's hard to diagnose something like this over the internet, but any thoughts on the matter would be much appreciated.
