Nearly 2 years post occipital TBI; speech disorder

I am about 24 months post occipital TBI. I still can't talk right and I have something going on with the vision on my left side. It is as if there is something blocking my view and I am always turning my head to the left or like there is a piece of cardboard there....(I can't really explain it). As far as my speech, I feel like I am saying what I am thinking, but I am told quite frequently that I am saying the wrong words. I am very frustrated and I cant wait much longer for these issues to resolve.

How much longer is this going to take????
