    Post brain fog

I've observed over past decade ( currently 42 ) a state of mind that decelerates speed of thinking. some say grey cells not enough, not enough blood pumping to brain. Or could it be brain fogging. There are others with similar experiences. Have you got out of this situation totally.

While I know that grey cells by default, tend to reduce over years. It is also possible to increase the amount. Likewise, brain fogging as a condition can also be overcome. But how ?
