can't stop moving! aagghh!

when i am not twirling my hair, i am shaking my legs.

when i am not shaking my legs, i am wringing my hands.

i have even started making humming noises in my throat that my parents hear, but i can't.

i also click my tongue against the roof of my mouth and sometimes suck my tongue.

and, my right shoulder twitches up and down. (think it could be back problems)

i cannot sit still. i feel like there is a constant energy in my body.

please help!

thank you,

Re: can't stop moving! aagghh!

Sounds like you have nervous Im 27 and am the same way, I always have to be moving. My Boss jokes around that she gets "2 employees for the price of 1" Why dont you get something to keep your hands busy - a stress ball, a pen (works great for me), a set of keys - anything. But I will say Im the same exact way. If Im not fiddling with something in my hands, then Im shaking my leg. If Im not shaking my leg, then Im tapping my foot... and so on. Its just the way I am and doesnt interfere with my day to day activities.
