    Pressure in ears and forehead

    Hi

I have been suffering from this for the last 5 years and so far I haven't been able to get an answer on what's wrong with me.

My ears are blocked and full of pressure all the time and I keep trying to pop them every day by moving jaw, grinding teeth or pushing through nose with no success. When doing this I also hear these cracking sounds in my ears.

I also have pressure in my head, especially in the forehead and around eyes. If I bend down I feel more head pressure as well. This is sometimes better but never completely ok while ear problems are there all the time.

I've been to several ENTs, Neurologist, took CT of head, sinuses, went to TMJ specialist, chiropractor, bioresonance and probably other things as well. All results came back normal.

I'm desperate for some help from someone who could tell me what is wrong with me and how to treat this.

    Thank you for your comments!

Have you tried an Allergist? I'm recommending this because that is who found my problem...I think they did every test possible on me and found nothing but the allergist helped me.

I just remembered I was at some quick test for allergies years ago but not sure how detailed they were. What was the problems with you?

Yes my problems were caused by allergies. You can see an allergist and also there is an infectious disease specialist. It's not what you think with the infectious disease specialist but sometimes they look at your symptoms in a different way. The allergist would be my first appointment because all the symptoms your are describing seem allergy related...pressure, crackling sound in ears can be fluid moving around, more pressure when bending down.

Thank you for your replies, I am already looking into appointments with allergist again. By allergies test you meant the standard allergies test on skin and blood tests or was there any other particular one in your example?

If you find a great allergist / immunologist is what you really need. They will test for different things not only the standard ***** test for specific allergies. The should run a numerous bloodwork that looks at your body in whole. If there are specific things that you may be allergic to then they will do the ***** test. In my case not only did they find I had some allergies that caused my symptoms but found that I had a Vitamin D deficiency that was causing some of the worse symptoms. Now you would think with 2 hospital stays and over 2 months of testing someone would have tested for Vitamin D deficiency which can greatly affect the human body. When researching the doctors look for allergist/immunologist and you should be in good hands.

I guess this site finds the word for the allergy test offensive. I did not use a curse word. The word starts with a p and ends with a k...which is the official name for the test.

I don't have ringing in ears but I do occasionally feel "brain fog".

Dairy does that to me. Stop all dairy for a couple of weeks and then try some, I bet you have an interesting result. Just my opinion.
