    Can vestibular neuritis make you feel weak?
    Had it for almost four months...I feel dizzy weak and sick everyday I got these feelings after some extreme stress in my life. Now I panic daily. The doctors have said inner ear fluid build up but i dont know anymore.

    I'm sorry to hear how hard of a time your having. Have u seen a good Ent? A build up a fluid could be hydrops and there's medication for that.
    I was diagnosed with a paralymph fistula and hydrops after car accident. So I know how miserable it feels and to have doctor not believe there is something more going on. Keep going till u find a doctor who will help get to the source.
