MRI question
 

I’m 36 years old with bad anxiety. To make a long story short I went to the ER last week due to numbness in my face which we came to figure out could of been an allergic reaction to new meds I was put on.

Anyway, they did a no contrast MRI to make sure it wasn’t a stroke when I first went in. MRI came back completely clear for stroke. My anxiety keeps telling me “what if it is a brain tumor” and I literally am making myself sick over the thought....my anxiety always is horrible when it comes to health issues.

Would an MRI w/o contrast pick up a brain tumor in the ER? I know I sound crazy but my anxiety is getting the best of me. Would that of been caught?
