If you think you might have a brain tumour you should just go to the doctor dont try to diagnose yourself on the internet. However, don't fear I believe you will be OK. I know that memory/coordination problems will occur with brain tumours along with numbing sensations. The blurry vision does seem a bit puzzling but that could be from a variety of different things so don't freak out. By "small seizures" do you mean muscles spasms/twitches? This can be frequently caused by a b12 deficiency, try taking a multi-vitamin and if the doesnt solve the problems go get your b-12 tested perhaps this will help. Good luck!
