Brain Tumor, more than one kind

My Neuro has been monitoring a benign Meningioma for a year or so, with no changes to the 1" size, but I get horrible daily headaches and migraines. I just got another MRI after I started getting nosebleeds and it shows another "Lesion" that is Enhancing in the left parietal calvarium, and can't exclude malignant or metastic etiology or intraosseous hemangiom. I am now scheduled for a full body scan using a radition element. Anybody know what could possibly be going on? I have the scan in a few days, but I am so worried! I am 51 and in good health otherwise. Do I need surgery? Is it cancer? Thanks!
