partial thickness hand burn healing time

i severely scalded my left hand last tuesday. it was categorized as a mixed superficial and deep partial thickness burn and covers the entirety of my left hand slightly past my left wrist. stayed in hospital overnight but they made the decision not to pop the blisters. have been reading that these burns may require grafting if the skin doesn't heal within 2-3 weeks. am getting dressing changed daily but i feel it is healing very slowly. i still have intact small blisters, large ones have drained, and am still in pain. they added more padding when i mentioned sensitivity. think my treatment is too conservative, any advice is appreciated
