Freeze burn from CO2 on lip

I went to a dentist to mention sensitivity on crown work he did and he sprayed CO2 (I think) on a tightly rolled up gauze pad to show me the tooth should not feel anything when cold object is applied to it since there was a root canal done. He applied the freezing gauze pad on the tooth and adjacent tooths to show sensitivity but he also applied it on my lip at the same time. I didn’t feel it at all but after I left I felt a slight irritation on my lip and 24 hours later I notice a rash or burn.

What should I do or apply on it? Currently using neosporin. Will it help?
