Permanent changes from tanning salon and natural sunburn

    Hi,

About 2 years ago I was going to a tanning salon for a couple of months, then spent the day out in natural sunlight and and suffered a really lobster red sunburn and friends wanted to take me to the emergency room.

I noticed right after when the burn healed, the texture of my skin changed dramaticallly, the pores were enlarged and my forehead skin was very thick and wrinkle lines showed easily whereas before the burn my skin was smooth for the most part and I got compliments on what nice skin I had. Forget that now.

My question is has anyone else had this happen(permanent damage from a sunburn and does Retin A or Micro retin A possibly help reduce the sun damage.

    Anyones experience would be appreciated.

    Thanks.
