Should I see some type of specialist?

I'm going to explain what has been going on with me and I would like your opinion if I should see some type of specialist.

A few yrs ago, I was in excruciating pain with my back. They did a few scans and showed that I had a fracture in my back where my ribs meet my spine. I didn't have an accident nor get injured. They said pretty much the only way to fracture that bone would be to be seriously injured. Still do not know how it happened...(Unexplained fracture)

Next, a couple yrs ago I was extremely tired all the time, started having memory loss and couldn't stay awake. Blood tests showed my B12 level was very low. I started with B12 injections and 1000mcg B12 vitamin. Get retested every 3 mths. Since then my levels have stayed around 400 - 500. Normal is 800 - 900. (B12 Deficiency)

Back around July this year I had fevers everyday for about a month. The dr did multiple tests on me. Only thing that showed up was I had strep. I didn't have a sore throat at all and didn't feel sick. She put me on antibiotics, the fevers continued. Finally they went away a couple wks later. (Unexplained fevers)

In Dec 2010 I had to have surgery for Type 2 SOD and was also diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis.

Sept this yr I broke my fibula playing volleyball. I was in a cast and on crutches. About 2 wks later I had excruciating pain in my shoulder, shooting down to my hand. The dr gave me a cortisone shot. They did an MRI and found bone marrow edema in the humeral head of my shoulder. I did not fall on my shoulder, and have never had an injury to either of my shoulders. They said the crutches couldn't have caused this edema. The radiologist suspected malignancy so sent me for a total body bone scan. No malignacy showed up. I had another MRI yesterday to see if the edema has gone down any. Waiting on results now.

I also had my B12 levels rechecked this wk and dr called this morning to tell me my B12 is 1254 now. That's a big jump from what it has been for couple yrs now.

I was just wondering with all this, do you think I should see some type of specialist? I just seem to have quite a bit of symptoms of bone cancer/leukemia. Please help. Thank you
