what does endocervical/transformation zone components present mean?

If you are referring to the results from a pap, that means that cells from further up the cervical canal were detected -- which is a good thing, because you want those to be checked as well. So, the presence of those cells is good, because it means that the pap caught those further up! If everything else is otherwise coming back with no problems, then that is definitely a good pap!
