Question Cervical Dysplasia left untreated

Hi this is my first post on here and I hope that someone out there may be able to enlighten my on the situation.
Last Feb. I went to my gyno and she did a pap which came back abnormal and then she performed a colposcopy, which came back saying high grade cervical pysplasia. So my family was in the middle of moving to New York at the time and a year and a half passes and I finally make it to the gyno today. The first thing that she says to me is that I have alot of discharge and then says wow this really doesn't look good, and then makes the comment that I shouldn't have waited so long. Then she sends my to the sonogram, which shows that i have a cyst on my cervix that she is not concerned about. And also tells me that my cervix is a #9. I am not pregnant so I have no idea what this means(should ask more ?) I tried to google it and all that comes up is pregnancy issues. Does anyone know what this means? Or can anyone offer up any advice. I have to wait 2 weeks for the new Pap to come back and waiting and worrying is not easy. Thanks in advance for any advice that you may be able to give...
