Post growth in bowel secum

I received the results of my SBFT today and was told there is a growth, or inflammation or possible tumor in my secum.. The doctor said they don't know what it is and is arranging an appointment with the surgeon. I've had crohn's for 24 years. I was in the hospital 3 times since last August, and had a Cat Scan each time, which didn't show this up. The last time was 3 weeks ago. The doctor can't understand this, but said I need it taken out. Can anybody give me some support? I am worried.

I haven't any great knowledge to share with you about your situation. But, keep the faith and we'll be keeping you in our prayers. Not prayers of worry, but prayers of faith. Hang in there, let us know what you find out.
