Post Unclear CT Scans

I have posted a few times on the board regarding my mum. She has stage 4 rectal cancer (although no spread to liver or lungs).

My mum is on FOLFOX6 and had 4 cycles before an infection took hold so she did not have chemo for 10 weeks.

My question is... She had a CT scan in Jan as oncology wanted to see what was going on and start chemo from scratch as it had been a while since the last cycle. Is it possible to have an unclear CT scan or "fuzzy" scan?

The reason I ask this is my mum went to the CT scan on her own and also the appointment to get the results and now does not want me to go with her to future appointments.

It is making me think that the new possibly wasnt good. Maybe she doesnt want me to know. They also havent ordered another scan.

Thanks for reading my rambling.
