| Should I be freaking or am I over re-acting??
Hi, this is my 1st post here, I'm so scared and don't know where else to turn, I've got myself all worked up reading the possibility of Colon Cancer that my Symptoms and histroy put me in and worst is that I've been in denile of my symptoms for 3 to 6 months. Here's a list I wrote, to give to my doctor as there's too many points for me to remember. It's really personal, but I feel I can post it here.
Could you please give me some feedback on whether I'm right to worry, or if I should really calm down etc?

Doctor Visit for 16/4/12
History of symptoms that might be relevant.
1.Black Blood in Stool for 3 to 6 months.
2.Constipated Usually
3.Changed to lose stool 3 to 6 months ago, urgent most mornings...
4.Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetic 6 months ago.
5.Unexpected weight loss 3 to 6 months (especially last 10 weeks!) Unlikely relating to Diabetic diet change etc.
6.Depleted Iron Stores noted in last blood test, and low one 3 months before, not sure about the one before.
7.Over the past two weeks. Nausia has been a notable issue, with urging many mornings.
Other Health Issues
Lichen Planus Currently active orally and mildy around other usual parts, never had genital before this possibility. Oral specialist said Lichen Planus breakouts are often noted when Iron stores are low, as it's an autoimmune condition. I also have a skin rash across my back, no idea what this is.
Chronic Neuralgia No change
Kidney Pain Started two weeks ago. It feels like I have a constant dull ache in my left Kidney; gave sample, awaiting results. Never had kidney stones.
Family History of Cancers
Grandfather on Dads side – Bowel Cancer at Age of about 70 – Non Smoker
Gandfather on Mother Side – Lung Cancer at Age of about 80 – Non Smoker
Mother – Breast Cancer at Age of 60, ex heavy smoker (stopped age 40.) No Braks.
Mother's Twin Sister – Breast Cancer at Age of about 62. Heavy Smoker! No Braks.
