Can I ask you all out there if they found a 30mm villous tumour when I had a colonoscopy would it be possible for it to be at an advanced stage? Also would it definately be that size if that's what they say it is when i had the colonoscopy done?
Admitted to hospital 3 weeks ago with severe rectal bleeding, had to have a blood transfusion, discharged 1 week later.
MRI scan tomoro then got to go back on the 10th for biopsy/scan results to see what stage, size, benign etc and what they are going to do.

Worried sick to say the least. Any comments would be appreciated.

Re: Colonoscopy

Answer- yes it could be OR it may be benign.

Mine was 70mm(3")50x40mm.

A fair bum hole stopper.

Little to no bleeding.

All tests came back negative, CT scan showed it just in one place, MRI said stage 2 cancer, biopsies negative.

Had the surgens scratching their collective heads.

After 4 months they called me in and removed it out the back passage(no bag or scar).

We won't talk about the pain of walking, but no women can tell me I don't know about child birth(and that came from the hospital).

Pathology report came back as t1 cancer aggresive.

Given the all clear now, just colonoscopy this year, no chemo or radiation.

Good luck
