Question 23 years old - worrying symptoms

I have been quite concerned lately that I'm showing symptoms of lung cancer. I'm 23y old, smoked cigarettes and joints for 8 years (only the last 3 years have been daily use, before that every 2-3 days). When I say daily it's about 3-5 cigarettes or joints a day.
I'm quitting this habbit or at least trying to do so and only smoke 1 a day anymore.

For the last couple weeks I'm having this constant right shoulder blade pain, it's not always the same level of pain but I can always feel it. Some points of the muscles there are tender, especially between the shoulder blades and below my shoulder. Sometimes I get these stabbing pains on the right side of my chest aswell but they never last long. These pains however rarely or never spread to my left side.

What truly concerns me is that these same last couple of weeks I have to clear my throat a lot, mostly it's white phlegm with tiny brown dots in it but in the morning now and then there's a larger dot of bright red blood in it or large chunks of brown. I'm also thinking it could be coming from my nose (dry nose all the time) since it's always stuck behind my uvula and it's sticky as hell.

About a month and a half ago I had some swollen glands near my groin that gave me burning pains but with antibiotics they were gone in a couple of days.

For the rest I feel fine: no dizzyness, no nausea, no abnormal weight loss (I got Crohn's so weight loss now and then is normal), no typical cough, no wheezing, I still got energy but been a little more tired in the evening.

I have not consulted a doctor about this yet, should I?

    Thanks for reading.

Any pain for two or more weeks should be reported to the doctor. Most smokers will never get lung cancer.
