Regarding lung cancer

Hi
I am 19 years old.I have been smoking for 3 years.from last 4 5 days i feel chest pain because of that i went to doctor and he advised me to do ECG and 2D ECHO both tests results are normal but i still have pain in my chest.i read synthoms of lung cancer at google.but i don't have all syntoms like blood in coughing.do i have lung cancer?
Guide me what should i do now?

It's unlikely that you have lung cancer from smoking. Most people who smoke will never get lung cancer, and those that do get it after decades of smoking, not a few years.

Smoking causes lots of other health problems, including bronchitis, emphysema and heart disease. You should quit now.
