Internal Bleeding and High Lipase Levels

I'm a little concerned here and was wondering if there could possibly be an optimistic way of looking at my situation. I had been having abdominal pains, nausea, loss of appetite, loss of weight, fatigue and I made a doctor's appointment where they found blood in my stool and evidence of internal bleeding. So they ordered a bunch of blood work and an ultrasound and an endoscopy/colonoscopy and want it all done within two weeks. Then after they get the blood work back (two days later) they call and ask me to reschedule my ultrasound for this week, and reschedule my endocscopy/colonoscopy for six days from now. My lipid serum was high at 171, when the standard range is 7-60 UL. I got the ultrasound done this morning so I will find out the results of it tomorrow. If anyone's got any ideas, I'd love to hear them. Thanks
