Concerned about having pc

My dad died of PC 4yrs ago. 6 months after I was dx with pancreatitis. For 6 yrs Ive had gerd, which I now believe has been my panc the whole time. Ive had bouts of pancreatitis, now known as mild panc since 6 months after my dad passed.

Ive had 4 EUS, an MRCP and CT. Ive had the ca 19 when I first have pancreatitis, it was elevated to 60 but went down to normal later. Drs said this was due to inflammation. All my scans have been total normal. The only thing they saw was an incomplete divisum (a branch that is not connected) two yrs ago, which could maybe be the reason for my pancreatitis.

My concern is that Ive had PC going undetected. Lately, my bowels have been soft every single morning, and now Im having upper left back pains and of course pancreas pain (which again, Ive had on and off for about 4 yrs now)

I have an EUS each yr now for screening due to my dad passing and due to my pancreatitis, usually I have it in March -but Ive requested an MRCP in the meantime.

Im just scared. What are the chances its been PC this whole time and its being missed? I know this can happen due to the organ being hard to visualize. I just had a baby 8 m ago and this is terrifying me more than usual.

Re: Concerned about having pc

Hey there, I'm not sure if that could be the case. I don't have much in the way of consolation, except for the fact that I'm concerned about pc as well. I've been having soft stools, GERD, lots of burping and abdominal pain. I wanted to ask you a question: if pc was the issue, do you know where in my abdomen the pain would originate?
