Implant: Lasting pain at the bend downward

I am 4 months out from a AMS 700 implant following radical prostate cancer removal 4 years ago. Eventually my penis went retrograde and was no longer visible. I opted for an implant. The urologist implanted an the longest implant that would fit, according to her and the rep in the operating room. It gives me an erection of 3.25 inches. The pain of inflation went away just as she said. I lost my sexual sensitivity and am anorgasmic. But maintained my touch, or positional sensation. I have come to terms with all that. However, my penis hurts where it bends down at the scrotum. I sit down at home to urinate. I can stand when away from home, but touching that area hurts more. It is not intolerable. The doctor said it would go away. Unlike the inflation pain, there has been no change in the bend pain. In fact it is worse after an erection. I don't want it redone since I don't have orgasmic ability and don't want to lose touch, too. But is this something you see and does it get better?
