YES! Nerve tissue is very slow to regenerate. But, keep up whatever activity you can.

And I agree, my surgeon was obviously not an expert in injections.

Re: Trimix questions for those that know

I have used Trimix sporadically for almost 18 months.

If you are getting 2+hour erections with 10 units then it means one or two things: you aren't in bad shape as your ED recovery is going and a new bottle is quite potent. You could probably get by with 6, is my guess. BUT as your bottle gets a month or so old in the freezer it will lose some of its punch so 10 units might be necessary then. Getting the right dose and adjusting for the age of the mix is tough.

I hate doing them. For me, and I guess I'm a wuss, but the needle in the dick is not fun. also, the erections from Trimix are "too hard" if there can be such a thing -- its just not natural and I don't really enjoy sex with Trimix erections. I have had a couple painful 4 hour ones where I almost went to the hospital..once I was in the parking lot when it started to go down -- and I always took pseudoephedrine too. (remember to get pure psuedoephidrine and not the time released versions. I get a pack of 32 grocery store brand for $5 at the grocery store pharmacy.

They tell you not to mix Trimix and Viagra...and that is good advice. However, I have done it and that is where my best results have come from. BUT, maybe 40-60mg of Sildenafil and then about 6 units of a month or two old Trimix. Most natural erection and lasted only about 45 minutes. I would never do a full dose of both at the same time. According to me ED urologist who specializes in ED, he says using I am lucky to be using such low doses of Trimix and Sildenafil -- supposedly that gives me hope that things will continue to get better. And I have to say, I am way way ahead of where I was last year this time and light years ahead of 2 years ago. (it has been a really big deal for me. In 55 years (I guess more like 43 years since I started around 11-12 using the thing) I have never failed to get an erection on demand and plenty of spontaneous ones. To go from that to nothing has been fairly depressing since I was still planning on being sexually active.

NOTE: some people have bad results and permanent damage from injections. I have not. But
