Oncotype DX AR-V7 Nucleus Detect Test - Anyone tried?

Oncotype DX AR-V7 Nucleus Detect Test. Forgive me if someone has already posted about this?

    From their website: https://www.oncotypeiq.com/en-US/prostate-cancer/healthcare-professionals/oncotype-dx-ar-v7/about-the-test

"Finding the most effective treatment for your patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) can be a challenge. The Oncotype DX AR-V7 Nucleus Detect test helps you quickly and confidently determine next treatment."

"Accurately identifies patients who will not benefit from AR-targeted therapies.2-3
Is predictive of improved overall survival with taxanes versus AR-targeted therapies.2-3
Provides easy-to-interpret results (a positive or negative result)."

My latest PET Scan showed only one lesion on the T-11 Lamina, with a PSA of 0.4. Meeting with MO on the 24th to decide what to do next?

Does anyone have experience with this test?

Fortunately, I currently don't have any use for this test because I met with my MO and he returned me back to my RO to use Cyberknife on the lesion.

I am going in for additional scans (CT & MRI) this week to develop the Radiation plan and go from there.

Re: Oncotype DX AR-V7 Nucleus Detect Test - Anyone tried?

I just finished (today) 5 doses from a CyberKnife treatment of a metastases on the T-11 Lamina, of my spine. Each dose was 500 (don't remember the units), for a total of 2500, over 2 weeks. Absolutely no side effects, so far! The hardest part was laying completely still for 50 minutes, at a time. I did not have any pain before discovery.

Had only 1 metastases show up on a Fluciclovine PET Scan, so far. Will wait 3 months, retest PSA (was 0.4) and have another, more advanced PSMA Scan.
