Disappointing PSA Test

The result of my first psa test after five weeks on Procren (Scandinavian Lupron) came in as 0.5 a decrease of just 0.1. I was quite disappointed as I was hoping to see a faster drop. My testosterone was 1.2nmol/l which is a big drop from my previous figure of 35nmol/l. Vitamin D3 was 108.
Am I being too hopeful in expecting a bigger drop so soon after starting HT than I experienced. I seem to recall reading a quick reaction to HT is a good sign.
Symptoms so far have been fairly mild with hot flushes being the main problem perhaps 5-8 a day, also some tiredness, but I'm trying to overcome the tiredness by increasing my exercise sessions.
