4.5 psa

I know many say this test is not as predictive as it once was thought to be, but still unnerving to see the #'s rise...2.86 a year ago, then about 3.5 in the spring...4.5 main concern is high blood pressure...taking lisinopril and amlodipine...typically about low 140's over mid 80's, but varies throughout day...I take it 3 or 4 times a day...remain extremely active, eat well, 5'9", 170 lbs, but currently trying to lower to 160 or so. Don't smoke, drink lightly, Father had CHD, and prostate cancer, but we believe the prostate treatment brought on the CHD. He managed to live 'till 88. Mother, Alzheimers, strong woman..lived 'till 83...She died just 5 months after Dad passed away. What more precise tests, if any, should I take re PSA?...thanks, Concerned
