Hi. I am a 33 year-old, healthy woman. But for the past 6 months, I have had extremely painful stools, filling the toilet with blood after/during stool, overwhelming fatigue, and abdominal cramping. In January, my doctor said I had an anal fissure and treated me for that. Well, it is 3 months later, and I continue to have these problems.

Should I be concerned?

Re: Ouch

I am a stage 3 rectal cancer survivor. If you have any concerns about your situation, get a colonostomy. I felt I needed one, I pushed for it, and was diagonised.

Not knowing is worse then knowing and doing something to correct the problem.
