Mole near anal area, without having sexual contact

Hello, I discovered two brown moles have developed in the genitial areas, the bigger one is near the anal hole. I haven't had any sexual contact before and am a virgin. When I googled it it always came up saying it was a STD, specifically gential warts. Is there anyway to get this without having sexual contact? Cancer also runs in my family as well. Could someone please help me? Thank you!!

Have a doctor look at it or have a doctor take a part of the mole off to have it biopsied.

I'd have your gyn take a look at your next annual visit (only because you say you're not sexually active). If that's not for quite a long time and you're concerned, go ahead and schedule something asap.

just to let you know, you CAN get moles down there. I have two small ones. I would get it diagnosed either way, even just for peace of mind. But I wouldn't panic about it.
