    how urgent?

I have a mole on my back that just started hurting and I am wondering how urgently I would need to have it checked out. I have had precancerous moles removed in the past and my dermatologist says that I have a "lot" of moles on my back, but of course I can't see them.

I have an appointment with my dermatologist on Feb. 24th. It's OK to wait that long, right?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

That's not too long to wait but you are wise to get it checked out.
I have had four moles removed and also a growth of the side of my nose,
I see my "Dermatologist" annually for check ups,

    Solofelix..

Thanks! I see mine yearly, too, and I doubt I could even GET in earlier. Who knows - it might not hurt by then. Maybe I just hit it, but I will have her check it out.
