Gallbladder and Diffuse Stomach Cancer

Looking at my 23 and me genetic information

PSCA gene Marker rs2294008 Genotype TT means I have Substantially higher odds of diffuse-type stomach cancer.

What sort of screening options are available to detect this?
I have read that it is difficult to pick up on in Gastroscopy. I have GERD and Oesophagitis on Omeprazole.

I have had my gallbladder removed and that showd dysplaysia (an unexpected finding) and have found a study where the PSCA gene variants (rs2294008 and rs2978974 confer increased susceptibility of gallbladder carcinoma in females. I am female and

My genotype for these markers are
rs2294008 (mine is TT)and for
rs2978974 (mine is GG)

So I thought I should maybe concerned about the diffuse stomach cancer risk

My Paternal Grandfather died at 46. He had stomach cancer
My Maternal Grandmother died being operated on for a stomach ulcer
My mother died of breast cancer
