Swollen tonsillitis throughout the year.....is it sympton for throat cancer..?

Hi,

I am 25 years,male and have been addicted to the habbit of smoking (not excessive) since last 7 years. I have been drinking but then that too very rare only in parties. I have swollen tonsillitis for most part of the year and this has been continuing since my childhood when I was 12. I have consulted a number of ENT specailists but they say its not a matter of concern.I can feel the swollenness of my tonsillitis but dont have any real problem in swollowing and chewing.Though I have reduced smoking but swollen tonsillitis is always a matter of concern for me. Recently, whats making me worried is that I have developed thinking that I have got symptons for THROAT CANCER. I am highly worried.I am about to visit my ENT specialist but at the same time I want to seek advice and remarks throughout this thread from the readers.


Please guide me with your remarks amd suggestions.
