I can't answer you about uterine cancer. But I do suggest that you go to a gynecologist as soon as possible. I bled after menopause just once, it last 5 days. Went to the Dr. to find out that my fibroid tumors had grown. I had a hysterectomy. My friend, after many years in menopause, started staining. she went to Dr. and her fibroids got bigger, but she also had uterine cancer. So just get yourself to your Dr. Better to be safe and have peace of mind.

I didn't call my GYN after the first bout of spotting I had. I am in my 60's and have been on HRT for several years. But, a month later, the spotting started again, so I did call the doctor. She did an endometrial biopsy and found everything to be fine. But, 3 wks later, the spotting started again! So, now I am weaning off the HRT and taking Provera for a week to try to stop the spotting!

But, I would advise you to call your doctor if you have not. Peace of mind...
