Large Tumor

Ok, so here my problem. I am 36 years old 6'1 230. I noticed a year or so my pants where getting smaller but the waist was still tight. Going to restroom alot more with less coming out. Well finally went to doctor when cranberry juice didnt seem to stop the problem. She thought that it was a gas problem with the pain in my stomach so gave me so pills to stop the gas and it did help blotting was better but still happened often seemed weird to me. We I was so tried always angry depression set in hurt all the time I ended up quiting my job thinking that I was just working to much and needed a change. Well things didnt get any better even after two month off work. So made another appointment with a different doctor about a year after first visit to doctor. And they sent me right to the hosptial the next day with a goal for a CT Scan.
Radiology Report

Exam Date/Time: Ordering Doctor:
07/12/2011 Procedure: Lisa Nelson, PA-C
15:30 CT Abdomen/Pelvis w C
Order id: Reason: LARGE PELV MASS, SIZE
EXAM: CT of the abdomen pelvis with oral and intravenous contrast
COMPARISON: None previous
HISTORY: Pelvic mass
Optiray 320 - 85 mL. IV Access: Right antecubital fossa
FINDINGS: Multirow detector scanning was performed of the abdomen and pelvis
during portal venous phase of contrast abdomen during arterial phase of
contrast. Multiplanar reconstructions were formatted at the CT scanner.
There is a large water density mass measuring 20 x 18 x 14 centimeters that
arises from the pelvis. This appears to arise more from the right than the
left. The right ovary is not discretely identified. This mass demonstrates
extremely thin nonenhancing and not nodular walls.
The left ovary is seen along the left pelvic sidewall and it contains a 35 x
30 mm diameter low attenuation mass consistent with cyst. The uterus is
There is no identifiable peritoneal nodularity. The omentum is not thickened.
Liver and spleen are normal. Gallbladder shows multiple gravity dependent
stones without evidence of cholecystitis or extrahepatic biliary obstruction.
The pancreas adrenal glands and kidneys are within normal limits. The
abdominal aorta and retroperitoneum are unremarkable.

1. Large water density mass with thin walls appearing to arise from the
right hemipelvis.. A series ovarian tumor is most likely. I cannot aches
totally exclude a benign cyst given the extremely thin nonenhancing wall of
the structure.
2. Small cystic structure arising from the left ovary.
ADDENDUM: The units in the first line of the of the second paragraph have
been changed from millimeters to centimeters. Centimeters is correct.

So my question is can and how likely is this cancer. I have three boys at home and I'm so worried. I would like to do what they mean by extremely ting nonenchancing walls or stucture does this mean anything or am I reading more into this then there is. Please help I no you cant give me all the answers but something to help me understand this till my doctors appointment with the real surgeon. Have a great day.
