wrist tendonitis keeps coming back?

annsassi Newbie (female) Join Date: Apr 2012 Location: United States Posts: 1	wrist tendonitis keeps coming back? I started playing guitar alot when I got to college and got tendonitis a few months back. I rest it for awhile until it stops hurting and whenever I go back to playing it always comes back and this times its even worse. What should I do? I've been taking avil and keeping my wrists in a splint when I can and it won't go away! sorry if this isnt the right place to post this im new here but would really appreciate some advice.
