Unhappy Carpal Tunnel and Rock Climbing

I had the double release surgery about 3 years ago, and only a few months after the surgery my carpal tunnel was coming back. I've been doing what I can to keep it stable. But lately I have started rock climbing, and i'm not sure how it is affecting my hands. After climbing I have tingling in my hands, I don't know any other way to explain it. I really love climbing. Does any one know if climbing is going to make the carpal tunnel worse?
