Hi,
I take 450mg of mag twice daily, morning and before bed; helps a great deal with spasticity. I also take 450mg of calcium twice daily at lunchtime and in the afternoon. I take 1,000mg of kelp three times a day. That stuff is great! DO NOT take kelp if you take thyroid medication. Kelp jump-starts a sluggish thyroid.
