Question Spastic Diplegia - Breathlessness?

Hi there all i am 30 and have spastic diplegia. I find that i seem to get myself so wound up even when eating, i feel like im panting and i swallow so much air. I was in a stressful situation yesterday and a friend joked "are you going to stop hyperventilating now?" Does anyone else get this bad?

Thanks for reading
