23 yr old cp

My son is 23 years old - cerebral palsy and developmentally delayed, & seizure disorder. He graduated high school in 2010 with a special education diploma. Because of this he his not able to go to secondary school and he has not been able to find a job or anyone to give him a chance. He is such a great guy and has a lot to offer - he is skilled regarding technology / computers etc. So, he has basically been having to be at home with not much to do. Now, he is experiencing depression and axieties that have never been there before. I have been taking him to work with me some - I work at an elementary school - but now, I'm being told that it becomes a "liability" for him to be at the school volunteering, because something "could happen to him"..... OMG, I just don't know what to do at this point, but some how I have to find a way for him to be afforded an opportunity to be successful and productive. Is anyone else experiencing this type of thing? If so, what suggestions might you have??
