Work Causing Jelly Legs

I was wondering if anyone who has CP in their legs - they feel like their legs become like jelly during the weekends or in the evenings. If so, I would like to read all of your comments.

Some days, I work long hours, and it is so hard on my legs and feet. Every Saturdays when I don't have to work - my legs feel like jelly and I just don't want to move them much.

I don't work but I know that due to have CP in your legs does wear & tired them out. I can deal with walking for an extended period of time than I can standing for long periods of times. Standing just makes my knees ache and the heel of feet go numb.

Mine do too at times. However, lately, my legs have been feeling like jelly after working several hours.

hmmm, friend, that stinks. I have had this too. I feel like we tend to have alot of the same symptoms. This doesn't always happen to me, it doesn't have a rhyme or a reason to it. Exhaustion tends to be my main issue these days. I pray it gets better friend,
karen

Thanks, Karen. I hope things get better for you too. It seems like if I don't work long hours, my legs are okay.

Re: Work Causing Jelly Legs

I've been struggling with this, to the degree where I'm not sure if I can walk to my car at the end of the work day. I've been trying to drink more water (50+oz before 4 pm) and it's helping.
