4 year old with poor motor skills, developmental delays, dyspraxia?

Our son has just finished nursery and still is unable to hold a pencil correctly, colour in pictures, write letters or shapes.

We have been having our him assessed for over a year for developmental delays such as speech and they have still yet to make a diagnosis.

He doesn't like to do things he doesn't think he can do like ride a trike despite plenty of encouragement.

With him stating school in September full time we are concerned he cant dress himself or feed himself unless it is finger food. He cannot use knife and fork and has poor spoon control.

He will only drink out of a sippy cup and not from a cup but will reluctantly on occasion drink from a straw.

The educational psych suggested it may be dyspraxia.

He also suffer constipation and only goes once every 4 or 5 days, could this be related?
