my 6 yr old daughter has a hard "bony" lump behind her ear.............
 

my 6 yr old daughter has a hard "bony" lump behind her ear and she says it hurts.

it don't move and I dont see no cut or pimple or anything just when I felt the bone behind her ear I felt this other bone like bump above the ear bone.

what could this be?
