    Random bouts of extreme tiredness

I keep having really bad bouts of tiredness. They usually come on suddenly and last from anywhere for an hour to 4 hours or so. It isn't so bad that I just fall asleep and can't stop it but it is very very difficult sometimes. Then there are the days where I just can't seem to get out of bed. I'll call in to work, like today, and sleep 10 or more hours. On these days I also have very little appetite. I thought they were porn withdrawal related, and still somewhat think they are, but since it's still happening I'm less sure.

A short history. Over a year ago, I was consistently tired and depressed. After quitting porn, I've made huge leaps in those areas. Honestly haven't even been very depressed this last month. It feels like I have made major improvements but I still have these huge waves of fatigue. Some days the short ones will happen, sometimes they don't, I haven't found a pattern. As for the all day instances. I had one a little over two weeks ago, but sometimes I go months without them. I did have my thyroid and several other bloodwork done a year ago that all came back fine. Had my liver or kidneys checked at my last appointment a few months ago and that came back fine. I'm hesitant to talk to my doctor about it because of the financial costs that come with tests. Thanks for any help or advice!

I experiance this too, and I'm sure it's down to the medication I'm on for my mental health.
